Class II Div 2 Malocclusion with a Deep Bite This patient has a deep overbite combined with her upper central incisors angled back and her upper lateral incisors flared forward. You can see this graphically in the lower left photo. Treatment consisted of aligning her upper and lower teeth with braces, using rubber bands to reduce her anterior-posterior bite discrepancy, and opening her bite to achieve a normal overbite relationship.
